2. Service-Based Refunds
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:
- Performance Marketing: Refunds may be considered if agreed-upon deliverables are not met within the specified timeline, subject to verification
- Influencer Marketing: Partial refunds available if influencer campaigns do not execute as per the contract terms
- SEO Services: Refunds are evaluated based on documented performance metrics and agreed KPIs
- Web Development: Refunds considered only before development work commences
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Services were not delivered as per the agreed contract terms
- Technical issues on our end prevented service delivery
- Cancellation request made within 48 hours of initial payment (for new contracts only)
- Demonstrated non-performance by DIGITAIGA team despite written notifications
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services and situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Work that has already been completed and delivered
- Ad spend costs paid to third-party platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Custom creative work, content creation, or strategy documents that have been delivered
- Services where the contract period has already commenced
- Monthly retainer fees after services have been rendered for that month
- Cancellations made after the 48-hour grace period (for new contracts)
- Poor performance due to factors outside our control (market conditions, client-provided assets, etc.)
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include any supporting documentation or evidence
- Allow 5-7 business days for our team to review your request

6. Refund Processing Timeline
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of approval
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
- Bank processing times may vary (typically 5-7 business days)
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
7. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:
- When some, but not all, deliverables have been completed
- For early termination of ongoing contracts
- When partial service delivery has occurred
- The refund amount will be calculated based on work completed vs. total contract value
8. Cancellation Policy
For ongoing service contracts:
- Clients must provide 30 days written notice for cancellation
- Services will continue until the end of the notice period
- No refunds for the notice period
- All outstanding payments must be settled before cancellation is finalized
9. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision:
- You may escalate the matter to our management team
- We will conduct a thorough review within 7 business days
- A final decision will be communicated in writing
- If still unsatisfied, mediation may be pursued as per the Terms and Conditions
